1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the sk44 platform, or using any of its services — including slots, live casino, cricket betting, crash games, and all other products — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and sk44.

sk44 reserves the right to decline any registration or suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not clearly met. Providing false information during registration may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on sk44. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended pending investigation. To register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information as requested during the sign-up process.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Any activity conducted from your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. Notify sk44 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• sk44 may require you to submit identity documents (national ID, passport, or driving license) and proof of payment method for KYC verification purposes.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. sk44 will notify you via your registered contact details before any dormancy charges are applied.

sk44 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts at its sole discretion in cases where there is suspected fraud, terms violation, or risk to platform integrity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

sk44 supports a range of local payment methods to provide Bangladesh players with fast, convenient access to their funds. Accepted deposit channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other methods listed on the cashier page at the time of your transaction.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded in full, less any processing costs.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section. These limits may be adjusted based on account tier and verification status.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval for verified accounts. sk44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair and secure environment for all players, the following activities are strictly prohibited on sk44. Engaging in any of the listed conduct will result in immediate account action, including suspension and balance forfeiture:
